To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to N.C. General Statute §143-318.12, please take note that the Board of Commissioners of the Waynesville Housing Authority shall have a special meeting at 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at the conference room at Waynesville Housing Authority’s offices at 48 Chestnut Drive, Waynesville. The purpose of the special meeting is solely for the Board to enter closed session pursuant to N.C. General Statute §143-318.11(6) to consider the performance, character, and fitness of individual employees.
