The Housing Authority Administration office is located at 48 Chestnut Park Drive, Waynesville, NC 28786

Our office hours are 8:00 am throu 3:00pm Monday through Thursday. Our offices are closed on Fridays.

We have an open door policy. The staff will address your concerns and issues as they arise. The staff will make every effort to assist you with your housing concerns or issues. To ensure your issues are addressed, you can make an appointment with the site manager.

We would like to encourage our residents and applicants to keep us updated with your current email address. As we move into the digital age, we will be advising our residents and applicants of housing authority hosted events, regulation changes and scheduled unit maintenance through emil or public postings.

Applicants will be notified about unit availability through email and phone calls, so please make sure the administration office or site manager has your most updated email and phone number.
