FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Greetings,
Let me introduce myself. I have accepted the position of Executive Director of the Waynesville Housing Authority. We are a governmental assisted program for low-income rental assistance. WHA has several scattered sites within the community of Waynesville, NC. We are looking to expand our current rental portfolio with professional rental management services provided by our staff.
The housing authority management is announcing their interest in managing rental property within the area. We have the combined experience of 65 years of managing multiple rental properties. Our experience is with governmental assisted housing, non-subsidized luxury apartments and fair market rental, single family, multi-family, elderly and handicapped housing, and privately owned rental properties.
We are prided with customer service of our residents and maintaining the property. We will hold the resident accountable to the lease agreement, provide good customer relations to the residents and keep the property safe and in good shape. We treat our resident like we would want to be treated while maintaining the property as if were our own homes.
Please feel free to contact me at the administration office at 828-456-6377 or at the email address given above for price quotes and any questions you might have.
Respectfully,
Tina Okenfuss, MSCC, MSPC, LPC
Executive Director
