Waynesville Housing Authority will make its 2026 annual budgets for the Tower and Public Housing developments and the Annual Plan available for public review and comment from May 1, 2026 – June 15, 2026.

The Plans will be available Monday thru Thursday from 9 am -2 pm at the WHA administrative office at 48 Chestnut Park Drive, Waynesville NC. The Public is invited to review the documents and leave comments (written or otherwise).

On June 24, 2026, at 9 am, a public hearing will be held to discuss the plan along with comments received. The public hearing will be held at the WHA Administrative Building at 48 Chestnut Park Drive, Waynesville NC.
