The Waynesville Housing Authority Low-Income is seeking applications for their waiting lists.
The waiting lists for Studio/Efficiency, 2-BR, 3-BR & 4-BR units are now open.

Electric, water sewer, & garbage pick up is included in rent. 

All interior/exterior maintenance completed by staff.
